When Luigi realized that his customers would greatly miss Spiga and its food, he decided not to leave the Upper West Side. The concept of Spiga-to-Go comes from his desire to provide customers authentic Italian food and service in the convenience of their own homes. He called upon his younger brother Salvatore (Cacio e Pepe, Bocca, Alloro) to contribute his expertise in Italian cuisine. Together, they look forward to bringing Upper West Siders the best of all good things Italian - passion, food and hospitality!
